Terms and conditions
By subscribing to The Sign (www.the-sign.co.uk), you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:
These terms apply to any and all electronic devices used to access the site.
To use our content (text and images) you must make an account with Hymns Ancient & Modern and pay a yearly subscription fee upfront.
To become a Subscriber you must provide your name, address, billing details, and the name of the parish or title of the magazine for which our content is intended. If the subscription is to be used by a group or editorial team, an individual must be chosen to represent that group and their details provided. These details will not be made available to any third party or persons outside Hymns Ancient & Modern. We keep no financial records and will not pass them on to a third party.
Your subscription allows you to use our content solely for your parish magazine. This content is not to be used by any persons outside of your editorial group. We allow multiple users per account, on the condition that these users work within the organisation/editorial group that takes out the subscription. The individual taking out the subscription will be solely responsible for any activity that occurs on the account, including any violation of terms and conditions.
If we suspect that these terms and conditions have been violated in any way we reserve the right to terminate your subscription with The Sign.
In return for your subscription, The Sign will provide new content on a monthly basis, and also provide a PDF of the print version of the magazine, available to download at no extra cost.
You are free to print this material in your own publications as many times as you wish. There is no monthly or annual limit to the amount you may download. You may also download the same content multiple times.
Unless otherwise stated, all material is © The Sign. Please credit The Sign when using our material.
The Sign will not be held responsible for any offence caused or loss - financial or otherwise - that may result from the use of our content in your publication.
We consider it of the upmost importance that you have peace of mind when ordering goods from our web site. With that in mind, we use the latest in Internet technology to keep your personal details safe. When you enter your details the information is sent to us via a secure internet link using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption. This system is widely used on the Internet to offer secure shopping.
Our security features encrypt all your personal information including credit or debit card number and your name and address details. The encryption process takes the characters you enter on the screen and converts them into bits of code that are then securely transmitted over the Internet.
The usual Direct Debit Guarantee offered by most banks will apply to your transactions. You will be sent a copy of this as and when a direct debit is set up.
We offer a special introductory rate for first time subscribers of £10 for direct debit payments and £12 for credit/debit card payments. If you are a member of the Association of Church Editors (ACE) the special introductory rate of £10 applies to both direct debit and credit/debit card payments. The introductory rate(s) last 12 months, after which the cost of your subscription returns to the usual rate of £30.
You are entitled to cancel your subscription at any time. Please call 0207 776 1082 or email email@example.com.
